Selection Tools:
  • Book Index with Review
  • Book List
  • Choice Review
  • Video Librarian Plus
Selection Criteria:
  • Scholarly Merit
  • Interest to Undergraduates
  • Language
  • Physical Format
  • Edition
  • Textbooks
  • Recommended Materials
  • Cost
The books for this collection were selected based on the previously listed criteria.  Some other considerations that were made where how highly the materials were reviewed.  If Choice review lists a book as essential or highly recommended, then that resource was given extra consideration.  If the book was not high recommended then it might not have made the cut.

The selection process also considered how relevant the books would be to the newly added courses.  If the resource would balance the collection, meaning it would provide as a resource for an area not previously covered, than it would be highly considered. All materials selected will add great value to the learning of the students in this program.
